A passionate leader with an extensive track record, Fernando is well known for building top class, result oriented teams. His efforts have been focused on the implementation of managerial and industrial processes that foster growth and enable organizations to achieve their most demanding goals. Fernando’s expertise comes as a result of executive positions at some of most distinguished corporations in Chile.
Over 14 years of experience in the food industry, have given Paulina a sound command of food safety global protocols and best practices. Along with her team at SouthAm, Paulina manages the source traceability and transparency programs. Recently, our plant and quality control team obtained BRC AA certification, one of the most rigorous of international standards.
